Kathy Phuong Luu is the visionary President and Founder of Spa Logic Beauty Institute, a non-profit dedicated to empowering immigrants, refugees, and underprivileged girls and women through education and career opportunities in the beauty industry. She is also the founder of LuLuu Spa and Salon, a premier destination for chic and transformative beauty experiences.
With over two decades of experience in the beauty sector, Kathy’s journey is a testament to resilience and determination. Her commitment to the industry began with a passion for elevating beauty experiences and fostering inclusivity, which she brought to life with the establishment of Spa Logic and adding on the LuLuu Spa and Salon brand.
Before founding Spa Logic, Kathy overcame significant challenges, including a period in a Hong Kong-based refugee camp. Her personal journey and professional success have fueled her dedication to creating opportunities for others. Through Spa Logic, she leads innovative programs that provide valuable skills and new paths to success for those in need.
Under Kathy’s leadership, both Spa Logic and LuLuu Spa and Salon have become symbols of excellence and empowerment. Her unwavering commitment to fostering talent and her deep understanding of the beauty industry continue to inspire and shape the mission of both organizations.
